Dispensing system RDU-200

This compact and affordable dispense system is designed to provide coating results in a perfect circle.

■ The target work is placed and rotated on the turm table, and coating materials is dispensed onto the circumferential surface of the work in a constant volume.
■ Repeatability of dispensing remains consistent once coating conditions (start/stop, rotation, movements) are set.
■ Accompanying controller, established based on in-house technology, can be used to achieve optimal coating for various items. The electronic vacuum function prevents drop formation at the nozzle tip after dispensing. A certain model(SPEC-1) has a built-in counter, which provides quantitative data on production.
■ A micrometers installed on the systems is used to control micro-volume coating.
