Cleaning Cycle
● Solder pastes and foreign materials are isolated by spraying of
cleaning liquid to on the mask
● Cleaning liquid is sprayed by nozzle bars fi xed in clean zone
● Stencil moves front and rear by conveyor

Safety
Door Interlock: Door lock, do not open during operation, alarmwhen door open
Emergency Switch (EMO): Press the switch to shut off the power
Leak Sensor: Internal and external leak detection sensors, machine stop and alarm occur when detecting
Leak Control DIKE: Prevent leakage of washing liquid on the floor in case of leakage.

Cover Open Check Sensor: Detection when the machine is opened while operating. Alarm occurs after machine is stopped when cover is opened
Recycle Tank Level Sensor: Preventing malfunction of the tank's water level sensor. Alarm occurs when the water level sensor malfunctions
Pump Relief Valve: When overpressure occurs in the pump, the washing liquid is transferred to the recycle Tank
Overheat safety Circuit: Prevention of overheating and malfunction of Alarm when the heater is out of control
